I am far from an expert on this, but I do know that professional licenses are state specific. Lawyers and CPA's are licensed to practice in specific states, and the rights conveyed by these licenses are not automatically valid in other states.loadedliberal wrote:Forgive me if I'm wrong or if this has been addressed but I learned in High School Government class that the Constitution states something to the effect of "States must honer other states licenses" Why does a CHL not fall into that category.
