I love these calls. I usually ask them how long the survey will take. When they say 10 minutes, I tell them that I am feeling generous and will give them 15. I then tell them "it is now 5:33, so I will be hanging up the phone at precisely 5:48 if we have not finished by that time". They always proceed anyway, never get done before the appointed deadline, and I hang up and then ignore any attempts to call me back.
