The rodeo and the concert are combined into one event. Making the concert part of the rodeo (the professional sporting event). Perhaps someone will try to only carry during the concert portion of the event, get arrested and we can see what happens in the courts.hirundo82 wrote:I'm trying to follow the reasoning here.
