There are a few states that you pick up that recognize the Utah permit that don't recognize the TX permit (Washington, Minnesota, Ohio & New Hampshire). Does anyone know if there's a separate application for non-resident applications than their standard application? I checked their Concealeed Weapons Permit Homepage but didn't see anything specificly addressing this.
