I did a Google search for "No guns, no money" and got about 1000 hits. Some of them are active links to Word docs (better because you can modify them for your state), some are links to "buy our cards" sites, and a few were broken links that didn't work.

There are some Word docs linked from http://www.learntocarry.com/news/ that are set up as Missouri, but because they are MS Word docs, you can change that to Texas and adjust them for Texas law (e.g. - age 21).

You can buy business card stock reasonably cheaply from most anywhere that carries printer supplies, or you can take the files to Kinko's and they'll print high-quality card for you.
