I wasn't that impressed. Granted, they wanted right at $500 for it, which is probably at least $150 cheaper than I could get the base SW1911 for but I dunno, there's something to be said about American Made SW1911s vs Brazillian made PT1911s. Plus I hate the Heinie Straight 8 Sights.
I suppose if I was just starting out in 1911s and didn't have any prejudgement prejudices, I would probably give it a serious look - if I could get it for $450 out the door...
