I would think that a professional sporting event would mean:
There is competition.
It's recognized as a sport.
There could be gambling/wagers on the outcome of the event.
Something is awarded to the winner.

This does not qualify the office pool on what day and hour Klirisa will have her baby as a sport.

In the end it was not signed... I believe the Senate passed the conference committee version but the House did not.

So we press on for this next session. CHL didn't pass the first time. If we start pushing it now, the background will be there when the new legislature meets.
