Re: NRA endorses Trump for President
I am still in shock that after 7 years of belly aching about how bad Obama is, all the Republicans could come up with that they think is a nudge better is Trump. I realize that the folks here are largely one-issue voters, but there are potentially so many other concerns that he could foul up...the n...

Re: Cruz is out.
All this spit and argue amongst Texans is for naught. This is a Republican state and has been for awhile. When Midland County votes Democratic, then you will have something to argue about. If the Congress continues its present course of discourse, there may be no concern at all for the loss of gun r...

Re: Cruz is out.
Everyone sort of knew where they stood with Cruz. You might not like his take on things, but he was unwavering in his positions. Trump on the other hand is nothing short of an opportunistic entertainer who has little in-depth knowledge of the needs of the nation but has managed to say just the right...

Sadly I count 32 heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for their nation who were named some variation of James Smith. Hoping your friend was not among them.

I've had a CZ PCR for about ten years now. Great gun. You will enjoy it. Best feature tells you if it is chambered or not. Good to know in the dark at 3 am.

Re: Help with Disposition (Application Question)
IANAL.
In this situation I think the rule of thumb is to contact the court that handled your case and get a written letter defining the charges, the disposition of the case, and the date of said disposition.

Re: website change
As I understand it, the change means that their work is done, it has been approved or rejected, and that it has been sent to the printer who creates the licenses on a batch basis, stuffs envelopes and mails them, so maybe about a week or less. Probably not tomorrow though.

It was Washington. There is NO risk of conviction. Hope they got some fries with the burger.ELB wrote:I like Five Guys hamburgers, but I'd hate to acquire a burglary conviction just for one. I'd at least go for a high end steak house, like Morton's or Ruth's Chris...

Re: SCOTUS criminalizes guns in car if in post office parking lot
When I was first licensed about 20 years ago, the topic of post office carry was covered. It was illegal then as it is now. Nothing new here. Might not like it, but the policy hasn't changed in some time.
