typically when a homeschool group goes on a field-trip each family goes, you just acted as a coordinator, when you go on the trip you are a family going to the museum, you are not a school, unless there is a discount, then you are a private school (your family school) and you still get to decide on your own policies, and your rules are that all teachers must carry and can't tell anyone ;-)

Does that make sense?

eh, they looked at me pretty good when we went a few weeks ago too, and I made it a point NOT to look at the door too hard. If you go in and out through the garage door you're OK. Been doing it for years and years.
