The Bill of Rights does not require anyone to pass a needs test in order to exercise their rights.
one time someone was trying to debate me about the 2nd. They used the "oh, it was talking about muskets and such". I said "fine, then get off the computer and turn off your MSNBC. The 1st was referring to paper and pen, hand-pressed newspapers, and standing in the pulpit." They very quickly shut up. I loved that win.
