Got plastic today 65 days later
20 days late then law dictates Government Code 411.185 (c).
It is pretty sad state of affairs when the very organization that is out giving us tickets for violating the law can't seem to respect the law enough to obey it! If you don't believe it look at the number of posts in the 100+ club.
