...I've only tried a coupla kydex...early on, the clips weren't very positive, and they'd pop off the belt...maybe it was just my unusual physique 
I'm going to try another one...I like the idea of easier re-holstering...the leather and nylon just collapse unless you get the bulkier ones with a band or reinforcement of some kind...thanks for the kydex info...
