Ah, 5'10' 190 is a double X .... if the shirt tucks at the waist (cups above your butt) it is too small and does not fit. Tee shirts are not supposed to fit like a second skin they are to be loose and move against your skin. Sorry.... but I am sure you realize you exceed the NIH standard by about 30 pounds...
Now I"m sounding like your wife and doctor... but you, like me, need to run off a bunch of pounds. Its a bitch!!!!!
