i know that apportioned commercial vehicles in texas only get one plate.

I would love to only have one plate, i always end up losing my front plate on the ranch when somthing comes up and takes it off.

What if he was on my (or someone elses) property legally (as a guest) could he carry? Would that be up to the discretion of the property owner?
