In addition to the for cause comment by C-dub it's good to know how UI works. TWC pays the unemployment claims. Employers pay unemployment insurance premiums as a percentage of taxable wages. That percentage updates annually based on payouts but a large company probably won't notice any effect for one ex-employee.
