If the average age of a college student is 18 to 24 (ie. assumption) and you have to be 21 to own a handgun that's only 50% correct? There only 488k CHLs in the state and of that only 10% are under the age of 24.
So HOW MANY people are we really talking about?
And only in "public" colleges or universities ... at any given time on campus and in class ...
I think that you would be "lucky" to even have one!
Quite a few people have done projections on how many guns there would be in a class. Last I saw, there would be 1-2 CHLs in a class of 400.
