Here's option #3, Lucky: 3) Don't ride the bus in Houston I think the #1 priority in self-defense is NOT carrying a firearm but keeping yourself away from locations in which you might have to use it. I ride the bus daily. I've never seen any such threat before, I think this is a rare one-off event....

Where do you park free, one without the parking meter? I got ticketed one time with the parking meter, i thought it was free esp its the weekend. The Houston gov tsays it not unless SUnday. I am opposed to government registration as it is, and the 4473 and FFL's requirement to keep those records is registration. Actually - the 4473 never leaves the FFL files (unless a firearm has been used in a crime and a copy has been requested by the BATFE) NOR is the sale ever recorded with the BA...
