Heck no it isn't tough. I absolutely love carrying appendix..... the only time I do not carry appendix is when I carry OWB. G30 and G17 all day long, in cars and sitting and standing and everything--zero problems.XinTX wrote:Nice idea. I just wonder about appendix carry. Might be tough to sit in a car with a G19 stashed there. Or is it?74novaman wrote:I think what they're trying to say is you shouldn't try to reholster with it is attached to your belt still, which makes sense to me since its designed for appendix carry (though it can be adjusted and carried other places too, I'll probably carry it at 2 just like I do OWB). I have zero interest in shoving a loaded gun down the front of my pants with no holster.
Here's a video that shows how to reholster after the draw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrAqs4MGBjI
The draw from concealment and reholstering starts around 8:40.
Any time you put a loaded gun into a holster (especially a Glock) you should be careful. Just don't try to reholster in a minimalist holster while its in your pants and you'll be fine.
