I really don't want to disagree with our fearless Forum owner but I do have to disagree, and its my opinion not a fact. I think both bills are dead, I will believe it when I see them in the books as a law then expect there to be some way for employers to circumvent the law and that colleges will find someway to do the same. we all agree that these laws will make us safer or give us more freedon to protect ourselves however the bulk of employers and colleges see this not just as a self defense issue or safety either, they see it as a control issue and control freaks will always find a way to remain in control
