When I called they said it looked like I have two sets of prints in the system and that one of them should eventually clear out. When I asked if he could fix it, he said no I'd have to wait a couple more weeks and see if it clears. He was really very kind about the whole thing and sympathized with my plight! He said 'they' won't look at it until it's closer to the 60 day mark which is only 2 weeks away now...
