I wonder if someone filed suit over this blatant disregard for our freedom of speech and freedom of religion under the auspices of the First Amendment and the "Free Exercise Clause" coupled with the Fourteenth Amendment. If someone filed I would suspect they would not take it all the way to the SCOTUS. Heck, the Westboro Baptist Church can scream their hatred toward our fallen heroes and their families as they yell about GOD and protest Uh, 500' from the funeral... And the SCOTUS upheld their right 8-1...
