Re: Excited!

People are presently posting around 35 calendar days after submitting. Good luck on the wait, it will pass! My friend who took the class at the same time I did, and mailed his materials off just two days after I did, checked his status last night and it had finally just gone to "manufacturing&...

Re: IWB for LCP?

The Remora holster grips so well, that I think even if you shake, rattle and roll like Elvis on caffeine + steroids, that you're much more likely to dislodge the gun from out the holster itself long before the holster will slip out of your pants.

Check out Big Skinny wallets @ http://www.bigskinny.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I just got one and it's easy to carry the wallet in my front pocket, which is more secure and better for your back. Looks like they've got a Fathers Day sale going on right now too. The...

Re: IWB for LCP?

I bought a clipless IWB holster from the local Academy store for my LCP w/CrimsonTrace laser. The holster is one of those that has a band of rubberized material sewn around it to provide grip inside your pants. The pistol fits well in the holster but I'm a bit worried that the small band of rubberiz...

Re: Emergency Session

HR 1366 Introduced: Congratulating Norris and Peggy Barron of Lamesa on their 60th wedding anniversary. This one I certainly have no problems whatsoever being brought up during a special session. Anyone who stays married this long deserves to be formally recognized by the State. My own parents got ...

Re: I'd like to verify the address to mail my documents

When I did my online application last month, the checklist / receipt page and email confirmation they sent back told me to send all my materials to a different address: Texas Department of Public Safety Concealed Handgun Licensing Bureau, MSC 0245 PO Box 4087 Austin, TX 78773-0245 This is the addres...

L1 website / receipt name field order all mixed up?

I just registered online and scheduled fingerprints with L1 over their website. When I printed my L1 / FAST receipt, it has my first, middle and last names in completely mixed up order... middle where last should be, last where first should be and first where middle should be. My buddy who took the ...
