Sounds like your best bet is tall sizes. I am 6'2", 215 and I dont have any problems with regular dress shirts. I know this might hurt but you might try going into a store that makes quality shirts, one of my favorite places for shirts is the Burlington coat factory. They got great prices on quality brands.

I wear dress shirts untucked with the sleeves rolled up, it's a good look if I do say so myself.
