Unacceptable Activities
Generally speaking, we expect each person to act in a mature and responsible way at all times. However, to avoid any possible confusion, some of the more obvious unacceptable activities are noted below. Your avoidance of these activities will be to your benefit as well as the benefit of (company name). If you have any questions concerning any work are safety rule, or any of the unacceptable activities listed, please see your manager for an explanation.

Occurrences of any of the following violations, because of their seriousness , may result in immediate dismissal without warning.

Example of one of the items in question:

* Unauthorized possession of dangerous or illegal firearms, weapons or explosives on company property or while on duty.

The main words I look at are Unauthorized ( Which you are authorized by the state), and Illegal (which you have a CHL, hand guns are leagal for you to conceal). This would tell me that the company wants to give the appearance its gun free, without taking the right to make people "feel safe" Under this policy, I would carry.
