I never thought of a rodeo as a sporting event under the CHL law.

I only thought of Baseball, basketball, and Football. I guess the sporting event would also cover Nascar too wouldn't it?

What do you get from the Association, and why should I join?

I don't think a 30.06 can include a parking lot but for the sake of discussion lets say it does but the Legislature is going to pass a parking lot bill this session it has already been passed in the Senate and is the Calendar Committee in the house.
