Re: Any Podcast Listeners?
A podcast is like a daily/weekly/monthly radio show, only you don't listen to them over the radio airwaves - you download them to your computer/mp3 player over the internet.

Lost CHL-100
So, my wife and I both took our CHL class back in 2011. I got my license immediately, but my wife was in no rush. I put her CHL-100 in a binder along with mine, and a CHL-16, and filed it away - or so I thought. Well, now that the two years is almost up and her CHL-100 is about to expire, my wife ha...

Re: BILL STATUS UPDATE: 3/14/13
Thanks, Charles. Particularly interesting to me are House Bills 3218 (doing away with alot of the off limits areas) and 2063 (allowing state attorneys, if I'm reading it right, to carry pretty much anywhere, concealed or openly). I would dearly love to be able to carry at the courthouse, but it has ...

Charles,
Your efforts are appreciated. Please let us know, when the time is right, how we can help.
Can't tell you how much I'd love to be able to carry into the courthouse - especially after the story about the Kaufman County A.D.A. last week.

Thanks, Charles. Let us know of any way we can help move this forward - much more important to me than the possibility of open carry.

Senator, please, hold your breath until I get down to the office to register my guns. No, seriously, hold your breath - I won't be long.

Re: Showdown in San Angelo boat races
I agree that a stadium would qualify as a building. I was also interested in you guys suggestions of something being "permanently fenced" or "if the area can be locked" as factors to think about. I decided to look for some case-law on that and came across a 1976 Court of Criminal...
