I'll stop in and ask, on my way home tonight. The Badger531 wrote:just heard about the arms room comming to League City..but being on disabillity i CAN'T AFFORD THE MEMBERSHIP PRICES so can i still use the range or is there like a discount for people that are on a fixed income...(such as myself) can someone fill me in on this??

In all seriousness, when you consider some of the side benefits, the prices aren't as bad (e.g., free class, initial CHL, free gun cleanings, etc.) as they seem but I still think they are pretty ridiculous. These guys are betting on this place being so popular that other intangibles (i.e., jump to the front of the line) are going to be valuable to those who can afford to, and are willing to pay what I consider to be exorbitant prices.Abraham wrote:I'd be very interested in knowing who'd be willing to pay those prices.
Anyone here?
Do they serve canapes or finger sandwiches?
Yes, I'm being a smart aleck, but I can't imagine anyone willing to pay such prices or is this set up to create a very private club for those who find exclusive clubs their cup of tea?
Anyone know?
Thanks!
I agree that people who live in large cities have to make compromises, but in the case of the Arms Room in League City, there are at least 3 outdoor ranges within a 30-minute drive (PSC, Texas City, and Clear Creek). People who live in that area have it made.ELB wrote:Anyone in a big city is going to have an issue like this.
