Is there a range out in the area of Johnson City or Dripping Springs? We are considering property out that way, and of course one of my first checks is the available ranges. Searching the internet the best I can come across is a TSRA record of a 'Ten Ring' shooting range in Johnson City. Is that place still out there? Is it a good place to go? I'm spoiled as I've been visiting Best of the West up north outside of Liberty Hill/Leander. They are very receptive about moving & shooting in the pistol bays as well as having great rifle range facilities.
oh, yes. I am familiar w/ Reds South and I'm not interested in that.
Thanks,
Morgan

Not familiar with out that direction, perhaps near Marble Falls ... have you seen http://gpiercegunsmithing.com/default.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
outdoor pistol range between Bertram and Burnet.
I haven't gotten out there yet.
Bound to be one near the areas you mentioned, but then I'm surprised at the lack of grocery stores in cities in this area too It's like on Bonanza when Hoss and Little Joe go into town every month for supplies you better stock up ...
(IN Houston/Dallas I got spolied over time / used to 5 different grocers in walking distance ... I mean Kingsland/Granite Shoals. Horseshoe Bay/ Cottonwood Shores ... no real grocery stores and in Burnet only 1 and 2 in Marble Falls counting Walmart ...
