RoundRock self-supervised range?

#1

Post by shu246 »

Most of my practice and fun shooting has been at self-supervised outdoor ranges/clubs. Pay annual dues, get key to gate. Anything like that near RoundRock? We're not talking full-auto or .50 calibre, just standard pistol calibers, AR-15, etc. I'm just more used to simply getting a nod from anyone else who may be on the line before going down-range, rather than have a formal range-master. It's nice to plink at some tostada shells or charcoal briquetts once in a while. And, I like to keep my brass.

Best of the West in Liberty Hill or Austin Rifle Club in Manor will be as close as you'll find in this area.
