Post by Crossfire »

Folks, now more than ever, we need to support the NRA, and we have an excellent opportunity coming up, as the NRA National Meeting will be right here in Texas this coming year!

May 3-5, 2013 in Houston. http://www.nraam.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Us out of town folks need to make plans now. Some hotels are already booked up.

I have made my reservations. Please join me there!

Let's have a great Texas CHL Forum turnout, and possible get together!

I seem to recall that at the last one there was initially a huge uproar about us not being able to pack our heat to the convention. Eventually it was resolved.

There should be no question whatsoever.

I’ve contacted my State Rep, Gary Elkins, about co-sponsoring HB560. Have you contacted your Rep?

Likewise for both my wife and me. And since we upgraded our memberships to endowment members, I'm curious about what we'll be able to do that we would not have had access to before.

In the "sales prospectus" that accompanied the solicitation we responded to for the membership upgrade, it mentioned access to special events and opportunities to meet special people face to face....presumably politicians or celebrities of some kind or other...

I am a Life Time Member, but my wife is not a member at all. I am assuming for entry she needs to be a member also?

It says members and immediate family are free. Does that mean walk ins are fine. We don't have to preregister?

I'd love to come, but I'm really choking over the whole 'no weapons' policy.

What "No Weapons" policy?

Haven't seen where anything about weapons has even been announced for next year.
