The "contact us" page on the CHL website changed recently. Now, there's an option specifically for uploading documents and it won't let the email send if they aren't attached properly as before. Everyone should check it out sometime, it's a big improvement.

That's a very recent change.

They also, just in the last two weeks, removed the requirement to type in your SSI number,
