This case rocked my soul. I followed it closely in 2007: http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8817.

I'm sickened that it took the state of Connecticut almost a decade to arrive at this decision, and I'm sickened at the decision itself.

This was a brutally sadistic act. Neither of the perpetrators should still be on the face of this earth.

:iagree: Such evil. This makes me sick and I hate to see when the 'justice' system abuses the victim repeatedly by not taking care of business.

Succs was once widely used for castrating horses. While Suus in great at quickly immobilizing a horse it was found to be a poor pain manager. Unfortunately, while the horse was essentially paralyzed, he could still feel the pain of the procedure. In some occasions the diaphragm muscle would be paralyzed and the horse would quit breathing. Suus does not necessarily bring on death.

If used at the correct dose for RSI, it will induce complete paralysis of all muscles except the heart for 15 to 20 minutes!

Scum like this one need to not keep breathing. They are using air that should not be available to them! Tie him to a chair and put a plastic bag over his head.

Death penalty abolished due to it being cruel & unusual punishment, rope is inexpensive and reusable for the others.

If the anti-death penalty folks had ever lost a loved one to one of these monsters, the way some of us have, I suspect they might not be so quick to side with and cry for the purveyors of pure evil.

No doubt that particular crime inspired many to become first-time gun owners and concealed carriers, and it was a factor in my decision to become both back in 2010.
