Four people, including two juveniles, were wounded Tuesday night in a shooting near a Garland elementary school, police said.

Police are investigating the shooting as a gang-related incident. They believe two groups showed up there to fight, and one group began shooting at the other, Barineau said.

A group of us were riding RCP trail last night and heard the shots. We were stopped (fixing a tire) about a 1/4 mile away from the school when it happened. We immediately identified it as gun shots but just figured it was some idiot doing a quick mag dump (8-10 shots).
