Not unheard of. A friend had three heart attacks in the days following his brother's suicide. Fortunately he was around family who recognized the symptoms and knew what to do.

That sure blows all of speculation that he killed him self too. What ashame to throw out that scenario before the autopsy was even returned. His family must be devastated.

That is the greatest statement I have heard in this subject. I will be using it again. Thank you.

The above link is to the 2008 accident where Brian Loncar's 2008 Bentley tangled with
a Dallas fire truck on an emergency call, causing severe injury to Loncar.

Who caused the accident? Read the details and good luck sorting it out.

Having been surprised by sirens in cars older than that, I'd fully believe that a new-at-the-time Bentley would be soundproof enough to keep him from hearing the siren until too late, and the witnesses saying the fire truck had a red light pretty much seal it for me.

Let's face simple facts; dash cams for an entire fleet of municipal vehicles are cheaper than one serious accident payout. There's no reason every city vehicle shouldn't have one, unless the city is worried about what they'd show.

I'm sorry for your loss, it's really tough on a family when one chosen to do this!

Thanks for posting. I wondered if it could be something like that.

I wonder if this was his way to commit suicide? Does "toxic effect" mean a long time use of cocaine?

Could be. I would assume he just overdosed.
