Sounds better to me;-)

So..
If this case were to proceed, and the legislature didn't rewrite the 1968 GCA, you could buy a complete lower from one vendor and a complete upper from another, and wouldn't have a firearm until you manufactured it by putting the halves together?

If I were a lawyer, and had a client with an AR15 conviction, I would now appeal.

If I lived in a state with laws that required me to turn in my AR15, I'd pop the halves apart for storage.
