Why dont states use the firing squad? Cost is about a dollar and IF he survives then they get life in prison. Head or heart shot, dealers choice,,, (thumbs up)

Words fail me. How can the people, decide that the death penalty is "Cruel and Unusual"? First off it is used on a regular basis so "unusual" does not apply. Secondly, the condemned are "put to sleep" in a much more humane manner than they showed their victims.
Additionally, how does his attorney sleep at night after giving this statement:"Josh is not a mad-dog killer," Donovan said. "He's a deeply troubled kid with lots of potential."
The only potential he has is to "potentially" escape, "potentially" kill someone else, "potentially" be a strain on the state's budget while he gets three hots and a cot for the rest of his life.
To quote TAM : Jesus Wept.

Part of me want these men to suffer for their actions and let them rot in a cell, part of me wants to end them quickly. These men are lucky to have made it to the cell, to kill a family the way they did.

Part of me, says let the hungry wolves enjoy their meal.

This gives people no incentive once in jail to act appropriately. This means this man could kill 20 guards in prison and have no repercussions.

Komisarjevsky The killer killed under "the death penalty" and should have already been put down. It fathoms me how they can reduce a sentence that the crime was committed under the law at the time.

Give me the drugs of my choice and for a few moments I can make him live the terror of his victims, then he will never ever harm another decent human being EVER!
At least in Texas we take the trash out!

I need a ream of card stock, and about 12 hours alone with this animal tied to a chair.
"Cruel and Unusual" will only begin to describe it. Ever heard of "death by a thousand cuts"? I have.

I vote for the Succylcholine. Lets lay him down and castrate him.
