BG 1 went immediately to the hallway leading to bedrooms, no hesitation... gotta wonder what their intent was?!?!?

This is a good one to rethink your nightstand gun or quick access safe set up. Would YOU have had a gun in hand that quickly after being awoken in the night? I have been a little lazy lately on keeping a nightstand gun. This a a great reminder why I need to resume that practice EVERY night.

I have a “bump in the night” belt hanging on the corner of my headboard. Full size pistol 18+1, extra mag, flashlight, weapon mounted light, and a couple of med items. I can get the pistol out quick if needed or grab the belt if I have time and need to LOOK outside.
