I forgot to post, its a 3o inch barrell. I really just dove hunt, and although its balanced beautifully, I think she would be better suited for duck. She did get me my first limit though.
I tried to find shorter barrel in Browning and Baretta(303),same barrell, without any luck. If I could find a shorter barrell I'd be so happy. If anyone has a line on barells, let me know. That would make my day.

I wouldn't rule out another auto trade either, 1100 or 1187, in 12ga. Bought a O/U today in 20 ga. But would take another in 12, auto Or O/U.

The people that seem to have the most parts is Midwest, but never seem to have the barrells. I didn't even try Browning. I may just call them next week. Thanks.
I liked the fact that these guns don't have seals to dry up. Just keep them clean and keep shooting.

Thanks guys, ya'll are awsome, hate that phrase the way its thrown around, but in this case it certainly applies. I wish I'd tried to sell sooner. I'm usually fairly smart about figuring stuff out. Guess I don't know it all after all...just don't let it get back to the wife.

A little research last night. I was looking at the Baretta A303. I found that the Baretta barrel was not designed for light loads. Minimum 1 1/8 loads. That being said, would a barrell made for a 303 2 3/4 fit a reciever made to shoot 3" mag? I found some barrell for a303.

You should really call Browning. I have an A-5 20mag that never would eject lite loads and Browning helped me make adjustments to mine that will now alow me to shoot dove load low brass 2.75". Of course mine is not gas recoil.
