My Dad bought this from a family friend about 15 years ago who was a California Highway Patrol Officer. It is a Smith & Wesson 38 Special model 68. This particular model was specifically for the CHP and other law enforcement agencies. Here is some info on it:

I really wanted to keep this one for personal protection but I have too cut this one loose.

I have seen these sell from $500 for fair looking models and NIB models for $800. That was just for the revolver and nothing else except 1 speed loader. With mine here you get 6 full boxes of ammo, 2 speed loaders, leather holster-2 pocket speed loader pouch-and 2 pocket bullet pouch.

This revolver is in perfect operating order and has few blemishes, nothing major at all.

I am not looking for any type of trades for other firearms or hunting equipment. I will not be able to ship, only FTF in the Temple/Killeen area.

I am wanting $685obo for everything I have listed. Steel case and black are not part of the deal.
