WTS: Ruger SP101 .357 Magnum Stainless Revolver - $old

Ruger SP101 .357 magnum stainless steel -- with Hogue grips and Fobus holster. Original box, original grips, all paperwork, etc -- has been fired less than 50 rounds -- "as new" condition.

Smoking deal at $495

Is it heavy enough to absorb some of the .357 recoil, or is it like shooting a S&W 340?

This gun can definitely handle the recoil of the .357.

Ruger as well. I've shot some loads out of mine that I would not consider in a S&W j-frame.
