Is your son's Glock still available? If so, how new is it, has the recoil assembly spring been replaced for the original malfunctioning one? Thanks Norm

I would ask the same. Also, is he (your son) interested in a new/unfired Del Ton 16" complete flat top upper with Magpul furniture in trade?

RE: Recoil Spring

The gun was purchased in March of this year and given to him as a gift. He was unaware of any issue with the recoil spring and it has not been replaced since he has had it. However, my research indicates that if the recoil spring assembly is marked "0 3", then it is one that needs to be replaced. I just took it apart and the assembly in this gun is marked "0 4". From what I was able to determine this is the correct assembly.

See above about the spring.

He needs the cash so he can get the already purchased components out of Dad's Pawn Shop.

Found a deal that was too good to pass up, so, I went ahead fronted him the cash but will not give him the parts until he ponies up the dough.
