Needed: Takedown Pin Spring

Lost a spring tonight. Check out the diagram and see if you have an extra. They cost about $1.50, but the shipping is $4.00.

If you live in Plano North Dallas Gunmasters on spring creek and avenue K just off 75 behind sams has them. less than $2.00 but with gas prices $4 shipping is not bad. :txflag:

Those and the detent pin escape with great regularity.
I bet there are thousands of them in that place where lost socks go.

After the first lower I built, I now assembly that front detent spring & pin inside a plastic bag.

Ah grasshopper - - - one is none two is one. The springs that go bump in the workshop I try to have at least one spare on hand at all times.

I find I'm selectively clumsy, losing things like this when I'm in a hurry and can least afford to have to hunt for it or find a new one.

I order them in threes.
