The final price (after discount) is decent, but it always gives me pause when sellers put up a big discount on a starting price that's above market. Looks like 10-15% discount to market price on the two models I checked. Still a good discount, but bad ju-ju on the marketing.

They may be fine, but people need to research any company before buying, especially one outside Texas.

george wrote:People here, close to the store like them quite a bit. They have some really nice deals. Nice staff, and nice store. Won't help you if you are in Texas.

Most of the complaints I hear are dealing with the mail order side of things. Long waits, slow response times, etc. Understaffed, etc.

Yup, I've bought some parts and some lowers through them no real complains but it takes them a while to ship. When i ordered the lowers a few years ago they did note on their site that they were behind on shipping.

I've heard some complaints on other boards about ridiculously long ship times and no response from customer service, so who knows

My son has purchased more than one assembled upper from them, and he's been satisfied with their service. I think most of the complaints against them were during the panic buying when most sellers ran out of inventory quickly and had trouble getting and keeping in stock the components they needed to build their uppers with. Consequently, delivery times were longer than expected—or desired by PSA themselves.

My experience in general is that about 10% of people who complain about almost anything actually have a serious problem that should/can be remedied. The remaining 90% just have a limited view of the world around them and think that their complaints can fix an uncaring universe.

Just my 2¢.

I've made about a dozen purchases from them in the past year and have never had an issue. Upper, lower, ammo, various accessories, etc. I've recomended them to friends who have all had great success too. Just our experience anyways.
