I have on consignment a very nice S&W 649-5 .357 revolver.
This item was purchased in 2005 by my Customer and by all appearances it has been sitting on the shelf in their closet since.

This is a consignment item thast was brought to me for sale.

I am a dealer, I will be transferring this to the buyer via an ATF 4473 form filled out in my place of business, or shipping it to another FFL to transfer it in the same fashion.
