At least we know who will sponsor a bill in the House and in the Senate for next session. And we have the ammo to make it stick. So there's some value there even though it won't happen this session.
The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. James Madison

Springer filed HB3218 this session and I'm sure he'll file it again in 2015, if he's reelected. He's a freshman and the only person who would take it on. I suspect I know who the Senate "author" will be, but only time will tell.baldeagle wrote:At least we know who will sponsor a bill in the House and in the Senate for next session. Didn't work too well this session.Russell wrote:So does that mean in order to get some of the other bills passed, we just need to tell the legislators it's okay to add extras in for themselves? Free scholarship for campus carry? Yearly supply of ammo for open carry?

They do that anyway. Sometimes they even pull out the stuff for the taxpayers and just keep their perks.Russell wrote:So does that mean in order to get some of the other bills passed, we just need to tell the legislators it's okay to add extras in for themselves?
