Re: New Belt
Very nice belt. Elephant hide is one tough hide.

Classy rig!
Re: New Belt
Wow, that belt is gorgeous!
I thought I had a gun belt that'd keep me happy forever, but now I have "Belt Envy".
So, thanks.
Now, I'll be looking into buying me an Elephant Gun Belt.

Thanks. Very well made belt. I'm discovering you can never have enough pistols, holsters, or belts. I'm beginning to understand my wife's closet

How long did your order take?

Order to delivery was right at 6 weeks
Re: New Belt
I can't remember how long it took for mine, but I have been wearing them with my suits now for 8 years.

Did you get the bullhide or elephant? Also, 1.25" or 1.5"?carlson1 wrote:I can't remember how long it took for mine, but I have been wearing them with my suits now for 8 years.

1.5 bullhide. I wished I could afford one of the fancy ones.mojo84 wrote:Did you get the bullhide or elephant? Also, 1.25" or 1.5"?carlson1 wrote:I can't remember how long it took for mine, but I have been wearing them with my suits now for 8 years.
Re: New Belt
Just got mine yesterday. 4 weeks, 1 1/2 " bull hide.
Re: New Belt
Jim said it took a little longer because of the wait on the elephant hide. I'm looking at it as a value / cost decision. Bought the galco for $79 and it is already warping after 4 weeks. From the look and feel of the Beltman elephant I'm thinking it will last at least as long as what carlson1 has experienced - a little less than 3x upfront cost but will not have to buy a new one every year because it loses it shape and stiffness.

Depending what your age is, it may last you a lifetime. Elephant hide is awesome. You did well.
