And the down side to having to sit up straight? This could be a new selling feature for the M-Tac. "Use the holster that not only gives you protection from bad guys but from bad posture as well!" :thumbs2:

I know, I shouldn't whine about that, but I'm a computer geek, so I'm always hunched over a computer.:

It's been slow today, so I keep tinkering with the position, and cant.

It's feeling better.

I suggest you consider moving your wallet to the other side.

The first adjustment I made to carrying was moving my cell phone from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock.

Yeah, it's just difficult, after carrying it there for all these years... Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try again, after I get used to the rest of these adjustments.

I've moved the holster slightly more to the hip, and elevated the holster up by one more hole. That has made it easier to manipulate my wallet, and made the holster even more comfortable.

This has caused me to make a lot of changes to my "Utility" belt. ;-)
I have a Masonic fob that I keep at the 9 o'clock on belt, and use it to hold my car keys with a carabiner.
I carry a folding knife, in my left rear pocket. I've also started carrying my iPhone there as well.
Then my ID badges for my various work locations, hang from the 11 o'clock.

Starting to run out of real estate... :biggrinjester:

I carried my wallet right hip all my life and that is a lot of years. Adage is correct, you dress to carry. I now carry my wallet in my left hip and it is not hard to get used to all. In fact, I use my mag pouch to help cover my wallet to protect it. You will learn to do it, we all have. I use the M-Tac and love it. Very comfortable but the wallet has to go...grin.

XD .45 - I carry right on the belt with a Tagua black holster. I'm a large fellow and investing in 4 or 5 new pairs of pants just isn't in my budget. Money I could be spending on bullets for the range or other cool stuff, so outside carry finacially is better for me.

I carry at the 3 oclock and even with just a tank top there is minimal profiling. You can see it if you are looking for it, but I've been around a few police officers and done plenty of mall walks, and visited wally world lots of times as well as been in the general public and had no issues.

Now comes a bit of common sense, no high reaching with my right hand, if I have to bend over to do something, then do it with my right side facing away from the viewing public and sit with my right side facing the wall when at resteraunts. Not that it shows but this takes all the worry away. If it's windy out, which has happened just pressing my hand down a bit or putting it in my pocket keeps me concealed.

A lot of people will say this is too much work - however my opinion is that it's worth it to keep my weapon in a place that I can reach it quickly and comfortably and comply with the law. It's concealment not make it invisable. I prefer invisable, but a person of my size and the weapon I am carrying makes that just a bit difficult. I never "forget" the weapon is there (brain washing from the Marine corps  ) so I am always aware of it's condition and possibility of exposure. Just as I am aware of the exits in the resturaunt I'm in, and the people who are around me. Just makes sense for me.

I usually carry my Glock 30 which is (I admit) a whole lot easier to conceal than a full size Glock, in a CrossBreed Supertuck at about 5 o'clock. It works pretty well even with shorts and tee shirts (as long as the tee shirt isn't too tight or too thin.

I also have two Thunderwear holsters which are excellent for deep concealment and I have carried both a G30 and an XD9 at the same time in one. That would be the way I would go if I really wanted to wear a particular shirt that was too tight.

Over the last year I have been deliberately buying shirts that are a size or two bigger than I would normally get just for concealing better...honestly it isn't due to weight issues :)

I also have OWB holsters but I can never conceal the gun in that because I am too narrow shouldered to hide the gun at 3 o'clock and I can't wear it at 5 o'clock and draw the weapon very easily.

Hope this helps but I echo what was mentioned earlier and say that the best thing to do would be to try and see what works for you, holsters are pretty much a personal choice.

Don't overlook the Glock holster. For less than $15, it is a nice holster to wear both in between the belt and pants or as a OWB. For outside cover, check out the Bowling/Hawaiian/Camp type shirts. Work well over a t-shirt and are not too warm.

Here are a couple of options:
