I am looking for a concealed holster for a Sig P239. Does anyone have any suggestions for one that works great for you? or that didn't work so great for you?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Which holster for Sig P239?
Welcome aboard!
I'm assuming from you user name "SigMom" that you are female. My wife hasn't been able to make IWB (inside waistband) work. She carries her P239 in a leather OWB (outside waistband) holster at around 2 o'clock. Called "appendix carry" by some. She has a Fist #8. Fist makes good holsters at a reasonable price with a quick delievery time. They have a "Lady Fist" selection that may be even better for a woman. We bought the #8 because it was less expensive. My wife is satisfied enough with it that she dosn't want to buy something else. 90 % of the time she carries in a purse. She also has an elastic bellyband that works OK for a crossdraw carry. It holds her stomach in too, but it is too hot & sweaty for any time other than winter. She really likes her P239!
Regards, OE

Re: Which holster for Sig P239?
Thanks OE for the reply! So she carries outside the pants when on her? How does she keep it concealed like that? I her Fist #8? There's noway I can do an in pants holster, I am too small (thin, not short) and it's too obvious. Maybe if I had a big sweatshirt on. but even then...I dont know. Don't want to do the fanny pack thing.
When she wears the belly band is it obvious at all? I will certainly look into the fist, thanks for the rec! In the meantime, in my purse will have to suffice. Looking at the Taurus PT145 for carry now because it's smaller then my sig. I'd hate to go to a .22 for carry ON ME. But maybe to wear inside the waist at 6 o'clock. Thats the only way I can do my Sig right now without it being uncomfortable and obvious.
This holster is big for outside the pants carry but its concealed and not obviously screaming "I have a gun in me!" http://www.ladiesguncases.com/product.p ... 271&page=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; with lots of colors to choose from.

I carry my 239 in a Comp-Tac, Minotaur MTAC Holster. Inside the waistband at about 3:30, as long as my shirt isn't to tight it conceals extremely well.

I use a OWB Alessi CQCS and it's very nice. Perfectly molded to the pistol and snug to the body
