So THAT'S what a real holster feels like!

Just got my IWB/OWB convertible holster and belt in the mail from Hopp Custom Leather. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Top-notch communication, and he gave me a 6-8 week window for delivery, but it's in my hands in less than 5. There's just nothing wrong with this holster. I even gave the belt the hold in midair gravity test with the gun and holster on it. You can see from the pic that it's not going anywhere! "Custom" is the key word. He will make you anything you can dream up!

Nice looking rig!

I only see one problem...now that you've entered the realm of custom rigs, there isn't an off-the-shelf rig that will ever satisfy you again!

Good choice all the way around. It'll make a HUGE difference in carry comfort and conceal-ability.

And it's comfortable too, isn't it? My Hopp Custom Leather OWB holster which I posted about a few days ago turns out to be the most comfortable OWB holster I own. I just showed my wife your pics. She carries a Kahr CW9, which is similar in size to your PPS...maybe a tiny bit smaller...anyway she's interested in getting one too.

Thanks y'all! It IS a comfortable holster! And when I saw that color combo in his pics, I couldn't resist. I'm a Texas Tech fan! ;-) And yes, it is convertible. The clips are removable. I think one of the pics shows the cutouts for the belt.

That is nice and about what I think I'm looking for (but in solid black). Which method do you think you'll carry with the most? Did you specify a cant and drop for the IWB or did he select one for you?

Good holster & that M&P is an excellent choice to fill it.

I will probably carry IWB more in the summer, but may switch to OWB in the winter when clothes are bulkier and there are more of them. He suggested the 15 degree forward cant and I'm happy with that. I have my snap caps for the PPS and plan to practice at home A LOT with both IWB and OWB so I'm comfortable with both.

Gotcha. I spoke with him today and he's making me one pretty much like yours but it will be in all black with black stitching. I also did not order a belt as I'll be pairing it with a Wilderness belt. Hope you enjoy yours!
