Until SCOTUS says that the 2ndA is unrestricted right we have to live with licensing for some of our gun rights. If you are very much concerned about gun control, please pitch some of your dollars, of some of your time and some of your posts to California. They need your time and help badly.Dingo11B wrote:How sad that every CHL holder has been brain washed to believe that they are exercising their right. How would anyone in their right mind "pay" for permission to think they are exercising a right. I just don't get it. Somebody please explain this to me. There are 36 states that don't require a "license" to carry, openly or concealed. While your "privilege" can get taken away, my RIGHT cannot. I refuse to pay for permission, and by not doing so, I am not breaking any laws. Y'all need to do some research before thinking of paying for a permission. Notice that the new law only mentions "license holders", not unlicensed carriers. Just like there is no law preventing the carry of long guns. Research people, research!

We are waiting for HELLER-III vs all for that to be the law of the land.Dingo11B wrote:The 2A says its unrestricted, "shall not be infringed". I guess California is gonna have to do without me, Texas is my priority! Infantry, yes sir.
